First Quarter

The game kicked off with the Buckeyes setting an early tone. Their defense was impenetrable, preventing any scoring opportunities for the Bruins. On offense, Julian Sayin led the charge with precise passing that resulted in a touchdown by Bryson Rodgers. Jayden Fielding added a field goal to give Ohio State a solid lead.

Second Quarter

Ohio State's dominance continued into the second quarter as they extended their lead significantly. Isaiah West broke through UCLA's defense for a rushing touchdown, showcasing his agility and speed. The Buckeyes' special teams also contributed with another successful field goal from Fielding.

Third Quarter

In the third quarter, UCLA managed to put points on the board with a touchdown pass from their quarterback Madden Iamaleava. However, this was quickly overshadowed by Lorenzo Styles Jr.'s spectacular 100-yard kick return for a touchdown that electrified Ohio Stadium and further widened Ohio State's lead.

Fourth Quarter

The final quarter saw both teams adding points through field goals and touchdowns but it was clear that Ohio State had already secured their victory early on. Bo Jackson capped off an impressive performance with another rushing touchdown for the home team.

This comprehensive win not only highlighted what went wrong for Ohio State Buckeyes in terms of minor penalties but also underscored their strengths across all facets of play: offense, defense, and special teams.
