First Quarter

The opening quarter saw the Red Raiders take control early, scoring 14 points while keeping UCF scoreless. Despite efforts from players like Keli Lawson and Lewis Carter on defense, who combined for numerous tackles throughout the game, the Knights struggled to contain Texas Tech's offensive drives.

Second Quarter

In the second quarter, UCF managed to put points on the board through a safety but continued to face difficulties in halting Texas Tech's momentum. The home team added another 24 points before halftime. Tayven Jackson led UCF's passing attack with an impressive completion rate of 82 percent but was unable to convert these into touchdowns during this period.

Third Quarter

The third quarter offered some hope for UCF as they scored their only touchdown of the game through Dylan Wade's reception from Jackson. However, this effort was overshadowed by another strong showing from Texas Tech, who added an additional 10 points.

Fourth Quarter

Both teams were unable to add any more points in a quiet fourth quarter. Despite solid performances by defensive players such as Jayden Bellamy and Demari Henderson throughout all quarters, it wasn't enough to turn things around for UCF.

Post-game thoughts centered around what went wrong for UCF Knights and how they could improve moving forward. In his post-game reaction, Coach expressed disappointment but remained optimistic about addressing key issues before their next match-up against Oklahoma State Cowboys.
