First Quarter

The game began with a strong start from the Cowboys, who managed to put up 7 points on the board, leaving UCF scoreless. The Knights struggled to find their rhythm early on as they faced an aggressive defense from Oklahoma State.

Second Quarter

Continuing their momentum, the Pokes added another touchdown in this quarter. The UCF defense was tested but managed to hold off further scoring attempts by forcing three-and-outs six times throughout the game. Defensive back Braeden Marshall's interception was one of several key moments that kept UCF within striking distance.

Third Quarter

The tide began to turn for UCF as they scored their first touchdown of the game. Tayven Jackson connected with tight end Dylan Wade for an impressive 83-yard touchdown pass—the longest play of the day—which marked a significant turning point in this matchup.

Fourth Quarter

In a dramatic final quarter, UCF's offense found its stride and added another ten points through strategic plays and effective rushing by Myles Montgomery, who contributed significantly with his consistent gains on ground plays. Isaiah Nixon also made his presence felt defensively by recording one sack and assisting on another crucial stop against Oklahoma State's offense.

As part of our post-game analysis, it is clear that special teams played an essential role for both sides; however, Anthony Venneri’s punting helped maintain field position advantage for UCF throughout crucial phases during this contest.
