Alvin Kamara led this charge with fifteen carries yielding him 83 rushing yards and a touchdown visit to the end zone. Jamaal Williams also made significant contributions with thirty-eight rushing yards capped by a touchdown.

Not to be overlooked were special teams' contributions to this all-encompassing team triumph; Blake Grupe nailed all four field goal attempts he faced during the match, including two from over fifty yards out.
